Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
All orders are carefully packed and aim to be dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We currently ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which delivers within 2–3 business days of dispatch.
Shipping Rates
Free standard delivery on all orders over £75.
We are working on bringing you more delivery options very soon — next day delivery is coming shortly, so watch this space.
Returns
We want you to love everything you order from Ruva Bloom. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are here to help.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags still attached
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
How to request a return
Email us at orders@ruvabloom.com with your order number and reason for your return and we will guide you through the next steps. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been done.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost on their way back to us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at orders@ruvabloom.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund including your original shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
