FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Orders & Payment
How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, select your size, and click Add to Bag. When you are ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. It is quick and easy — and we accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly so please contact us as soon as possible at orders@ruvabloom.com if you need to make any changes. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched but we will always do our best to help.
Is it safe to pay on your website? Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details and your personal information is always protected.
Do you offer any discount codes? We occasionally run promotions and exclusive offers for our community. Follow us on TikTok and Instagram and sign up to our email list to be the first to hear about any deals.
Sizing
How do I know what size to order? Each product page has a size guide to help you find the best fit. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering as sizing can vary slightly between styles. If you are between sizes we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, modest fit.
Do you cater for plus sizes? We currently stock sizes XS to XL. We are working on expanding our size range and hope to offer more options very soon. If you have a specific sizing question please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
The dress I want is out of stock in my size — will it come back? We restock popular styles regularly. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on social media where we announce all new stock arrivals.
Shipping
Where do you ship to? We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future — stay tuned.
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders aim to be dispatched within 1–2 working days. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 which typically delivers within 2–3 business days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is currently £4.99. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery.
Will I be able to track my order? Yes — all orders are sent with full tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer next day delivery? Not yet — but next day delivery is coming very soon.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for full details.
How do I return an item? Email us at orders@ruvabloom.com with your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the process. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
How long will my refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been done.
I received the wrong item or my item is faulty — what do I do? We are so sorry if this has happened. Please email us at orders@ruvabloom.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will sort it out for you straight away at no cost to you.
